Located in the heart of Burgundy’s Côte d’Or, Château de Pommard is one of the oldest wine estates in the region dating back to 1726 – with its clay- and limestone-rich clos and estate protected by UNESCO, known for producing some of the most outstanding Pinot Noir in the world.
Members can discover a range of Château de Pommard’s two 2020 whites and four reds of varying vintages, highlighting the Clos Marey-Monge – a selection celebrated for its elegance, complexity and captivating aromas of undergrowth and dry flowers – at this exquisite pairing menu by Chef Francky Semblat, with one particular dish that will showcase the best of the season’s flavours with white truffle.
