Parker notes, “I have been an admirer of Cacheux's wines since I first visited him in 1985 while doing research for my book on Burgundy. This estate has never filtered its wines, and in 1991 they made the decision not to fine. What the consumer gets in the bottle is an uncompromised product that reflects what was in the barrel.”
