Fire up those burners, future chefs! The kitchen arena awaits! Our Star Chefs Challenge is the ultimate test of culinary creativity for aspiring young cooks. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chefs Eyck (Western) and Henry (Chinese), aspiring young chefs will master essential culinary skills - from crafting appetisers and desserts to perfecting main courses and plating techniques.

This isn't just your regular cooking class - it's a full kitchen immersion with real stakes! After intensive training sessions, the grand finale comes at our Gala Dinner where one extraordinary dish will win a permanent place on our menu. Will it be your child's creation? Limited to just 6-8 participants per session to ensure personalised attention. The heat is on - who will rise to become Sha Tin Clubhouse's next star chef?
