Celebrating family togetherness, Members’ Day is set to be a spectacular day out for the whole brood, with extended underage racecourse access arrangements for Members to bring their families at The Jockey Club Box.

Everybody can enjoy delicious food and drink offerings together in the Jockey Club Box, while the foyer will play host to a number of kid-friendly activities.

Highlights of the Day:

Kids’ Candy Corner: A dedicated area serving juices, treats and popcorn.
Kids’ Theatre: Movies and magic shows blending entertainment with heartwarming storytelling.
Kids’ Wonderland:The Jockey Club Box transforms into a play space with creative workshops and engaging games.
Memorable Moments:Capture your family's joy with photo opportunities of special moments at the racecourse.
Culinary Delights:Savour a delectable buffet offering a wide array of dishes to satisfy every palate.

The Only Route to Venue (with children under the age of 18):

Meet our ambassadors at 2/F, P1 Multi-Level Car Park or G/F Reception, Sha Tin Clubhouse, they will escort you and your children to the Jockey Club Box.

Parking Arrangement:

Members may request parking at P1 Multi-Level Car Park when making table reservations. Members will receive an electronic parking QR codes two days before the raceday for entering the car park. The electronic parking QR codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
One electronic parking QR code will be provided for each table upon request.

Remarks:

Tables are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Minimum catering charge per table: $1,800 for a table of fewer than eight persons; $2,400 for a table of eight or more persons.
Cancellation deadline is 3:00pm, 14 May. Late cancellation charges or no-show charge will be applied.
Activities for children may vary from time to time without further notice.
Children (under the age of 18) are always accompanied by adults and are prohibited to enter betting locations.
Please drop off your children (under the age of 18) at Multi-Level Car Park for the children’s escort service to Jockey Club Box.
No person under the age of 18 is allowed to bet or enter premises where bets are accepted.
