Blend Your Own Whisky

Prepare to embark on a journey through the senses as you explore the building blocks of whisky flavour — from the influence of different casks to the balance of body and aroma.

Guided by our whisky specialist, you'll learn how to identify your preferred tasting notes and use them to create your very own blend.

Each participant will leave with a custom-labelled HKJC whisky bottle — a one-of-a-kind creation that’s as unique as your palate.
