Notes on Enrolment
Rank Number
- From 9:00 am on 15 May to 6:00 pm on 18 May, Members may obtain a rank number in order to enrol in the Amazing Kids programmes.
- The rank number gives priority in programme enrolment and it will be valid until 6:00 pm on 22 May.
- Each Membership account can only obtain one rank number and this number will suffice for all children’s programme enrolments.
- All rank numbers will be issued online and cannot be obtained through the Members Services Hotline.
- In order to receive the one-time password (OTP) to obtain a rank number, please ensure your contact details (mobile number and/or email) are up to date and you have not opted out of receiving message in our system.
- If you wish to update your contact information instantly, please log in to the Members' App, click on “Services”, click “Forms”, then click “Update Members’ Profile” and edit the mobile number and/or email accordingly.
- Members may enrol online starting at 9:00 am on 16 May. Online enrolment will end at 6:00 pm on 19 June.
- After the online enrolment period, you may contact clubhouses directly for enrolment in person.
Step 1: Obtain Your Rank Number
From 9:00 am on 15 May to 6:00 pm on 18 May
Members may obtain a rank number in order to enrol the Amazing Kids programmes. The rank number gives priority in programme enrolment and it will be valid until 6:00 pm on 22 May.
Step 2: Browse Programmes Details
Online enrolment starts from 9:00 am on 16 May. Visit “Available Programmes” tab to browse available programmes, add the programmes that you are interested in by clicking on the “ + ” plus button on the right of each programme. Members may enrol the selected programme(s) from the “Bookmarked Programmes” tab.
Step 3: Online Enrolment
From 9:00 am on 16 May to 6:00 pm on 19 Jun
On “Bookmarked Programmes” tab, you can review the selected programmes before enrolment. Please note that a maximum of 10 programmes can be selected and registered for enrolment at a time.
Note:
- The rank number gives priority in Amazing Kids programme enrolment but it is not mandatory for programme enrolment. If you have obtained a rank number, please be reminded to input it on the online enrolment form.
- Upon submission of your enrolment, a reference number and your enrolment details will be shown for your record. Once your enrolment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. If you wish to make an amendment to your enrolment, please contact the respective clubhouses directly.
