   Exception: For Members whose birthday falls in August, please refer to Clause 8 for special arrangements due to seasonal venue closures.
8. Members with birthdays in August may extend this offer into September for Raceday dining reservations, due to the closure of raceday dining outlets during the off-season. During your birthday month, when you make transactions at Members’ venues at the Racecourses or scan the Check-in QR code (Yellow Card) via Members’ Mobile App (under ‘Raceday Attendance’) during your birthday month, you will receive one HK$200 Non-Raceday Racecourse Dining eCoupon. The eCoupon will be issued 15 days after the end of your birthday month and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. It can be used for same-day dine-in only at designated dining venues at the Happy Valley Racecourse on a non-raceday.

The HK$200 Non-Raceday Racecourse Dining eCoupon (“eCoupon”) will be issued 15 days after the end of your birthday month and will appear in the Coupon Wallet of the HKJC Members’ Mobile App. Each Member is entitled to receive ONE eCoupon only, regardless of the number of visits during their birthday month. To qualify, you must make eligible transactions using the Club’s membership card at Members’ venues at the Racecourses (applicable on both racedays and non-racedays, with no minimum spending requirement), or scan the Check-in QR code (Yellow Card) via the Members’ Mobile App under ‘Raceday Attendance’ during your birthday month.
4. Members must be present when using the eCoupon, and all guests using the offer must share the same table. Advance booking (if applicable) is required, and Members must indicate their intention to use the eCoupon when making a reservation. Table availability may vary.
5. The eCoupon can be used once within 90 days from the date of issuance and only at designated dining venues at Happy Valley Racecourse on non-racedays. It cannot be used after the expiry date. Only one (1) eCoupon can be used in a single transaction. This eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer, and is non-transferrable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No change will be provided. It cannot be used to settle any other fees or charges payable to the Club.
6. The eCoupon entitles Members to an instant HK$200 discount on net dine-in spending when dining at designated venues at Happy Valley Racecourse on a non-raceday. This offer is for same-day dine-in only and requires advance reservation. Usage is subject to the restaurant’s minimum charge requirement, table availability, and menu selections on the day.
7. The eCoupon is for same-day dine-in only and is not applicable to takeaway items.
