Temporary Arrangements at Beijing Clubhouse on 2 & 3 September (issued Wednesday, 20 August)

Beijing will host a military parade and commemoration event on Wednesday, 3 September 2025. The authorities will impose temporary measures from 2 September to 3 September in the restricted zone where the Beijing Clubhouse locates. These measures will affect vehicle and pedestrian access during the aforementioned period.

As such, entry arrangements and operations at the Clubhouse will be affected during this period. Room accommodations will not be available for one day on 2 September and will resume normal operations starting 3 September.
