New Remote Ticketing Function on Members’ Mobile App (issued Wednesday, 8 April)

We are pleased to inform Members of an enhancement to the Members’ Mobile App, starting from 14 April 2026 as follows:
Remote Ticketing Function
Members can now enjoy the convenience of table queuing directly through the Members’ Mobile App, enabling you to obtain queue tickets, check ticket status, cancel tickets, and receive instant alerts via the App.
The initial launch will cover Gallop, Six Furlong, and Hilltop Paddock in the Happy Valley Old Clubhouse, which currently have on-site queuing kiosks. These kiosks will be supported with a unified single-queue system, accommodating tickets obtained both on-site and through the App. To explore this new feature, kindly update the Members’ Mobile App to the latest version or download it here.
