Remote Ticketing Now Available at More Outlets (updated Friday, 22 May)

Since the initial launch at Happy Valley Old Clubhouse in April this year, Members can enjoy the convenience of obtaining queue tickets, checking ticket status, cancelling tickets and receiving instant alerts remotely via the Members’ Mobile App. This Remote Ticketing function will be extended to more outlets from 26 May 2026, including:

• Happy Valley Old Clubhouse - The Gallop, Six Furlong, Hilltop Paddock
• Happy Valley New Clubhouse - The Parade
• Sha Tin Clubhouse - Ladies’ Purse

This function operates under a unified single queue system, accommodating tickets obtained both from on-site queuing kiosks and remotely via the App. To enjoy this feature, please update the Members’ Mobile App to the latest version or download it here.
