Since its launch in April this year, Members have enjoyed the convenience of obtaining queue tickets, checking ticket status, cancelling tickets and receiving instant alerts remotely through the Remote Ticketing function on the Members’ Mobile App. We are pleased to extend this convenient service to Trio and The Rock at the Happy Valley New Clubhouse
from 16 September 2026.
The Remote Ticketing function will be available at the following outlets:
- Happy Valley Old Clubhouse – The Gallop, Six Furlong, Hilltop Paddock
- Happy Valley New Clubhouse – The Parade, Trio, The Rock
- Sha Tin Clubhouse – Ladies’ Purse
For greater convenience, Members may obtain queue tickets either remotely via the App or on-site through a queuing kiosk or reception desk, with all tickets managed through a single, unified queueing system.
