Mid-Autumn Dining: Seasonal Flavours

Celebrations are in full swing at The Hilltop in The Valley. Executive Chinese Chef Paul Tsui of Fortune Room has carefully prepared a set dinner for six or 12 people, featuring the finest local seasonal ingredients to indulge diners with a refined Cantonese dining experience, while the culinary team of The Gallop has thoughtfully put together a traditional Cantonese set dinner for four, six or 12 people for casual family get-togethers.

For fans of Shanghainese and Sichuan cuisines, don’t miss Chef Yuen Kwok-hing’s Mid-Autumn set menu at Trio. Over at Happy Valley Racecourse, experience a special Mid-Autumn celebration with a set dinner menu designed for six or 12 people, curated by Executive Chef (Racecourses – Chinese) Lam Wan-fai. Enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes as you raise a toast to friends and family in style. At Beas River Country Club, Chef Kenny Li has prepared a selection of festive delicacies for Members to savour and celebrate the occasion at The Old Clubhouse.
