Members Racing Badges
- Each Member will be issued a set of racing badges: one larger non-transferable badge for Member's own use and one smaller transferable badge (with a bar at the top) for his / her spouse or guest.
- An additional smaller non-transferable badge will be issued to Member's child aged 18 - 21# who has opted for racecourse signing rights.
#The signing rights will expire at the end of the birthday month when the cardholder turns 21.

Guest Badges
- The cost of a guest badge is HK$60 for on-course betting, and HK$30 for cross-betting; however, the cost for major race meetings may differ.
- No person under the age of 18 will be admitted to the racecourse during a race meeting.
- Guest badges are available 2 weeks before a race meeting day.
How to Obtain Guest Badges
- Members and Spouse Supplementary Cardholders may request guest badges via Members' Mobile App and share the guest badge link to guests to redeem the guest badge QR code.
- Members' children aged 18-21# Supplementary Cardholders with Racecourse signing rights may request guest badges in person at Badge Office of Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourse, Clubhouses' Concierge according to their usage eligibility.
- Members may request digital guest badge in person at Badge Office of Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses or through Customer Services Assistants and Members Services Hotline when making table reservation for raceday venues.
- Guest Badge Request Forms (booklet) has been discontinued.

Additional Information
- To obtain a refund for Digital Guest Badges of a race meeting, Members must submit cancellation via Members' Mobile App before the following cut-off time: Day Race: 1:00pm / Twilight Race: 4:00pm / Night Race: 7:00pm
- Only Digital Guest Badges which have not been used are eligible for cancellation request.
An updated list detailing those persons not permitted to have access to the premises of the Club in accordance with General Bye-law 18 is available for inspection by Members, at the Digital Guest Badge Request Support Locations, by presenting their Membership Card. Members are reminded that any person who knowingly invites any barred persons onto the premises of the Club will be subject to disciplinary proceedings.
