Supplementary Cards and Signing Rights for Immediate Family
Members may apply for supplementary cards for their spouses to enable them to use the Club's facilities.
Members may also apply for supplementary cards for their unmarried children between 8 and 21# years old. A non-refundable annual fee for each children cardholder will be debited to Members' accounts in June each year. The charges will cover the period from July to the following June; and are not refundable under any circumstances.
Additional Information
Children of Members holding Children Supplementary Cards are entitled to Clubhouse Signing Rights, including the right to sign bills at designated venues. For children between the age of 18 and 21#, Members may opt to grant them Extended Clubhouse Signing Rights and Racecourse Signing Rights to access more venues and enjoy additional privileges. The details of Clubhouse Signing Rights and Racecourse Signing Rights are set out below:

- Access to eligible facilities is for Children Supplementary Cardholder only. No guests are allowed.
- Enrolment for recreational programmes, coaching services and booking of studios can only be done through the parent who is the Principal or Spouse Supplementary Cardholder.

Points to note
- Phone-in or in-person reservation on designated restaurants with reservation recommended
- May bring guests on Mondays to Fridays except public holidays (all days for Beijing Clubhouse)
- Own enrolment for recreational programmes, coaching services and booking of studios are allowed
- Not eligible to make table reservations or walk-in for private rooms, function venues, Guest Chefs/Wine Dinners, In-house Events or Festive Programmes, or to book Studios for private use at Happy Valley Old Clubhouse and Sha Tin Clubhouse
- Extended Clubhouse Signing Right is applicable for Full Members and Racing Members to opt in for their unmarried children aged between 18 and 21#. For Children Supplementary Cardholders of Racing Members, access to Clubhouse facilities will depend on the privileges of the Principal Member.

Remarks:
- Eligible to bring guests to designated venues during race meetings in accordance with age and guest policies of respective venues. Participants may bring guests to the racecourses. Complimentary paper guest badges are obtainable at the racecourses only.
- With Racecourse Signing Rights, cardholders will receive a non-transferrable, season racing badge to access the above racecourse facilities on racedays and their guests will be offered a one-off complimentary paper guest badge at the racecourse when accompanied by the cardholder.
- Members are responsible for all charges incurred at the Club by their families. Each immediate family member shall also be responsible for all the charges incurred by himself/herself. Use of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card shall be subject to the provisions of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Membership Card Terms and Conditions
- The Supplementary Card must be presented when using the Club's facilities. All goods and services must be purchased using the Supplementary Card.

The Supplementary Card is an affinity card issued by the bank. For card issuance, Members are required to submit the completed Supplementary Card Application Form along with necessary documents by either of the following methods. To download the form, please click here.

Types of Children Card
Open Up Delightful Experiences with Members' Children Identity Card (MCID) and Children Supplementary Card (Supplementary Card)
As Members have different plans for their children with different needs, we understand one card cannot fit all. Therefore, the brand-new MCID is open to a wider age group and has relatively simple offers, while the Supplementary Card is designed to offer a lot more benefits and options for children aged 8 - 21#. Members’ Children Identity Card
The Members' Children Identity Card (MCID) is designed for Members' unmarried children of any age up to 21 years old who do not hold a Children Supplementary Card (Supplementary Card). With the MCID, not only can your children participate in the Club's programmes, they can also enjoy the optional benefit of a HK$300 daily spending limit granted by the Principal Member. Initial card issuance is free of charge and there is no annual fee. There are 12 delightful MCID cards to choose from that have been especially designed for children of different age groups.

Additional Information
- MCID must be presented when attending the Club's programmes.
- A smart wristband loaded with HK$300 will be issued to MCID cardholders upon request when checking in the Club’s programmes.
- Except when attending the Club's programmes, MCID cardholders must be accompanied by an adult Member while using the Club's facilities.
- MCID is not transferable and shall only be used by the person whose name appears on the card.
- Members are responsible for the conduct of their MCID Cardholders.
- An administration fee of HK$50 will be levied for card replacement.
- Age policy of respective dining venues and leisure facilities apply. For details, please refer to the Members' Facilities Directory.
- MCID is not applicable for Racing Members and Mid-Week Subscribers.
- MCID is not a Membership Card and does not confer any membership status or any right of a Supplementary Cardholder on its holders.

Smart Wristband
Smart Wristband is a charge card designed for Members or Spouse Supplementary Cardholders and their accompanied guests to enjoy the restaurants and bars, and leisure facilities at Beas River Country Club in a hassle-free way.
Members or Spouse Supplementary Cardholders can conveniently arrange the Smart Wristbands for their accompanied guests of Chalets at LEVADE of Beas River Country Club during opening hours (9:00am to 8:00pm).
Members or Spouse Supplementary Cardholders' accompanied guests may use the Smart Wristband at the following outlets of Beas River Country Club throughout their visit:
- The Old Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar
- Arena Room
- Changing Room Counter
The Smart Wristband cannot be used at Beas River Equestrian Centre.
