Room 1 - Members may reserve four weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room 2 - Voting Members have priority to reserve once the racing fixture is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no reservation from Voting Members, the box will be released to other Members four weeks prior to the race meeting.
Room 3 - Members may reserve eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis.
Room 4 - Mainland Members have priority to reserve five weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is no reservation from Mainland Members, the box will be released to other Members four weeks prior to the race meeting.
