- All-day booking
- Each Membership account may reserve one table or one private room.
- Minimum catering charge per person: $150 (except on major race meetings).
- No-show charge will be applied if actual number of patrons is less than seats reserved.
- Hourly booking
- Owners with starter may reserve a one-hour booking subject to the runner's race time from 45 minutes prior to the start of race to 15 minutes after the respective race.
- Owners with hourly booking reserved may attend with their guest under the age of 18.
- Each Owner with declared starter may reserve one table or a maximum of four
individual bar seats.
- No minimum catering charge
- No show charge per table: HK$150 for a table for one, HK$300 for a table for two, HK$600 for a table for four.
- Owners must accompany their guests (maximum 3 guests per Owner) in the Owners Pavilion throughout a race meeting
- Owners with starters have priority to reserve Owners Pavilion.
- All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, being the Owner/Member or the Owner/Member’s spouse holding a Supplementary Card, at all times. The responsible adult shall also be responsible for the conduct of his/her underage guests and ensure that they comply with the Club’s Rules and Bye-laws, including without limitation the restriction of children entering any betting location and other restricted area.
- All Children accessing the racecourse must have their personal particulars pre-registered via the Member Services Hotline and be covered by a valid booking at a designated Family Access venue. Children whose personal particulars have not been pre-registered will be denied entry to Sha Tin Racecourse.
- Upon arrival at Sha Tin Racecourse, all Children must register at the Family Access Registration Counter at any one of the following entry points: (1) Member Main Entrance; (2) 2/F of Multi-level Carpark; (3) Sha Tin Clubhouse Reception; or (4) Entrance 7. A Family Access badge will be issued for identification purposes. All Children are required to wear the Family Access badge at all times while on Sha Tin Racecourse. Please ensure that you and all Children will follow the designated route to your reserved family-friendly venues.
- Access for persons under 18 to the Owners Pavilion is restricted to hourly booking only and are not applicable to all-day booking
