  • Room 1 to 3 - Owners may reserve on the first booking date on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners with starters on the waiting list have priority for room arrangement. Owners with starters for the specific races (Group One, Group Two, Group Three and Four-Year-Old Classic Series) have priority for room reservation on Date of Entries.
  • Room 1 - Owners may reserve eight weeks prior to the night races at Sha Tin on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Room 4 and 5 - Owners may reserve eight weeks prior to the race meeting on a first-come, first-served basis (Except Group One, Group Two, Group Three and Four-Year-Old Classic Series).
  • Rooms 4 and 5 - Owners may attend with their registered children under the age of 18
  • Registered children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them to enter the Racecourse through designated arrival points
  • Owners are required to provide the necessary details of all children under the age of 18 attending the venue at the time of booking
